One of the best parts of being a restaurant owner is when you get invited onto school campuses to give speeches about business, culture and of course food.

But the best is when you actually get to teach a cooking class to culinary kids that really want to learn and really like food. In this video, we were making Sopes from fresh ground masa and the kids loved it!
